Let's check Louisiana for UID. I got an email on my site from someone who said he was there in Metairie 1989-90 working for "popeyes racing". This man's name is the same as someone who did offshore racing also.

Popeyes Offshore racing VÉHICULE Presents: Al Copeland's Popeye's Racing Team – Life in the Fa

from AI
Popeyes is known for its fried chicken restaurant chain, but it also has a history in offshore powerboat racing. The Popeyes Offshore Racing Team, founded by Al Copeland, the founder of Popeyes, was a prominent force in the sport from the late 1970s to the early 1990s. Copeland's passion for racing, combined with his success in the fast-food industry, led to a high-profile racing team that achieved significant success.

Bumping for Bobby.

Reading through the notes, anything is possible with this one. More everyday people had more access to socially dynamic and expensive lifestyles and movements back in the late 20th century, and life was arguably a bit more rough.

If Bobby was actually in a bad rough patch, or had developed illness that was impeding his ability to be grounded and make a living, especially in the 90s and coming from higher living? That could absolutely trigger erratic behavior up to and including disappearing yourself whether to end you life or even just becoming transient in one way or another especially back then.

I read rumors that he could have possibly wound up afoul of someone somehow, or that he was paranoid for a long time. Sometimes it’s just mental health, sometimes they really are after you, OR sometimes it’s a combo, where maybe no one really wants to kill you but you’ve had enough bad experiences or social friction that your mind starts messing with you and pinning you down and that’s no joke.

In any case Bobby has been missing since 1990 and he was in his 40s back then and said to not be in the best health so time is running out if he is living somewhere under an assumed identity but even if he did live well beyond 1990, time would he running out at this point being 2025.

All the best.
