Found Deceased NM - Sharon Berry, 74, Roswell, 4 April 2016

Police in Roswell have issued a Silver Alert for Sharon Berry. Last seen wearing a black shirt and blue jeans. She may be traveling in a white 2012 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck and have a puppy with her. Berry has dementia and is believed to be in danger.

Her family is meeting at the Farmers Market on Hobbs Street in Roswell at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday. They're asking for volunteers to help with an organized grid search.

That's so sad. I noticed in the first article it mentions the possibility of her "traveling" in a pickup of "unknown registration". Traveling implies to me her being a passenger not driving and unknown registration I guess means they don't know who owns it or who she might be with? I wish they'd speak a little more plainly to help those who are searching for Sharon.

Of course those searching locally may well have many more details. I pray Sharon is found soon and safe.

The body of missing person Sharon Berry of Roswell was found in her pickup truck along a remote road about 14 miles east of Hagerman this morning (May 6).

and

At this time, investigators do not suspect foul play in Berry’s disappearance and death.

The dog was with her when she died and remained by her side in the vehicle until they were discovered by horseback riders. The dog survived.
