I'll be married to my husband for 13 years in September, we have done nothing like that. If we did, I would be horrified if it got released to the world in any form.

I just discovered that one of my external speakers wasn't working. Hasn't been for ages I suppose. I fixed it, and now I can hear so darn much better. But this crap is stuff I don't want to hear and I surely don't want the jury to see any of it. Out of respect for Tera and especially her parents. I could see the dad kinda mouthing something when the camera panned to him a little bit ago, he doesn't like any of this one bit.

I firmly believe serna is deliberate in wandering around the court while talking and doing everything he can to avoid being heard by the public because other attorneys in the public and on TV would have a field day with his meandering 'arguments'. I think he hopes to get his way by putting everyone within earshot into a coma.

O/T I have been watching the Young trial some, in between here when things have been down. The State rested today and the defense has no defense so they rested also. Goes to closing arguments this afternoon. WOW

dafuq, seriously? Well, I guess the defense is going for "he's an idiot, he was high, but was cooperative". They're looking for life WITH parole me thinks. Will tune in for closings.

One thing I enjoy about following these different trials on livefeed is most times I can read between the lines. I mean I think I know why the state or the defendant will be calling someone, how that improves their case etc. This is one trial I am not sure what the importance of certain testimony or evidence would do to help either side. I have to guess, without much basis since I can't hear or see a majority of this trial.

Yes Yes and all of the other side of the conversation LC erased. Such a scum he is. 1 txt of him asking for pics that we know of so far from the hearing the attorneys just had. Poor dear. IMHO my feeling is there was alot more to pics and videos being made and sent. Maybe Tera wanted these things but maybe she did not but did it for him.
