Looks like levi needs to cut the apron strings with momma! imo

I have really noticed that with most of these men who murder their wives.

I'm back on my regular computer--hate the laptop--but had traded with kiddo during the lunch break.
So we have a ministerial police officer on the stand now?

Please don't hate me but I have to ask this--does anybody think that there is any chance that LC didn't murder Tera?

No all angles must be discussed and I always wonder if I am biased during these trials... I bring in so much that I am blinding my self to truth but when I did watch a trial down in Miami where I was actually like whoah this guy is innocent I could see for myself the difference. That man was found not guilty and I was so happy. Now that I have watched and read through quite a few of these husband killing wife trials I see patterns in the one's that are guilty and IMHO I see the same patterns in this particular case.

At times I feel myself being on the fence about the suicide. I don't know if you can always go by how a person acts. Levi and all his affairs would probably drive me to commit suicide.

On the other hand I think Levi is very capable of killing. After watching the Brett Seacat trial and him being in LE, he thought he could cover it up. I think Levi could of thought he could cover it up as well.

Thank you for your thoughts CJ. I feel much the same--something in my heart always knows. These men have certain personal traits that we see over and over--arrogance, self aggrandizing, smooth talker, etc. I feel like LC is guilty and considering that he is LE, I think he thought he could get away with it, especially given the messes the APD has had in the past.

Plus I believe that Tera did tell people that if something happens to me then Levi did it and none of the heresay could be admitted, the PT lost that argument to that come into trial. IMO LC had no self control and had a manipulative personality, then he got a gun and a badge and he could do and get away with whatever he wanted in his mind.

I, too, feel that he is very capable of killing. It's just something about him that chills me a bit--and hearing all about his personal back ground--girlfriends, his hold and threats to Tera, etc. I think he thought he could set it up to look like a suicide and that would be the end of it.
Thanks for your thoughts!

This man is just about the only person in this entire trial that I can truly say I like. Wish he lived next door to me.

ETA: LC has him fooled though.

Lt Mares has never been lied to that he know of! Would someone admit lying to him!

Yes he has a calm voice and it is kind that he is a chaplain but he seems a little clueless of what was going on around him in the department poor guy.

Serna: is it unusual for 2-man unit, for one to tag evidence, and other doing something else? Mares says not unusual. #LeviChavez

LC is feeling physically ill. HMMMMMMM

He's feeling an overwhelming sense of guilt--knowing he LIED to the police dept. chaplain and the sweet and decent man believes him.
