The state had just successfully argued about allowing in this evidence. How can anybody lose something they just held in their hands a few minutes earlier? These are important papers. Lose your keys, the newspaper, the mascara stick, your lunch or your kids (just kidding) but don't lose what could get justice for a murder victim. And it's not like this evidence has been sitting on the table with everything else. I can understand that. Both sides were searching for documents during this trail. But not papers that you just had in your hands minutes before they vanished. Just My Opinion.
PS Plus I am worried about the PT delivering on all cylinders.
