No I saw the picture's with Hot Pink. I don't know where I was with the looking for the paper's. I did see them up at the bench with the judge.

Now Kenner came back and showed them to Serna again and her and McKay left.

Serna is going to have an uphill battle trying to discredit Mr Cordova. He is a solid witness. I believe every word he says. On the other hand Levi sweats, and fidgets, and has to touch his face all the time and looks down and away when telling a lie.

I read some articles about how stressful it is to lie. How the body betrays the liar in so many ways. I do agree that some people are simply nervous but in Levi's case he is calm and collected when questioned by his lawyer whereas I think a nervous person would be nervous regardless of who was questioning them. IMO

When I watch a trial I sometimes have preconceived ideas about the players. So when I see the defendant on the stand it is hard for me to believe anything he says. But the jury should not have those preconceived ideas and they might actually believe Mr. Chavez, I hope not but they might!

Keener found the furniture quickly but the projector did not work properly but they used it anyway the Serna wanted to question the documents because whatever kind the PT had were not good enough so Keener is getting the certified copies because this is very damning evidence to LC's credibility. I mean if they have to recess to subpoena the insurance company rep to come in and testify so be it. IMO

Yes but they were looking around for these papers. The same papers they held up to the judge and showed where Tera signed them to get her child covered. My gripe was the papers disappearing within 10 minutes.

When there are boxes and boxes of paperwork it is a little expected over all they are pretty organized. I mean it is easy for us to criticize. I mean come on give them a break really.

I know what you mean but I just have to believe that the jury will be able to discern the truth from the lies so I am all for the defendant (who I think is guilty) to sweat profusely and look evasive and furtive. It was easier for me to understand the coldhearted act of shooting someone, the mother of your kids, in the mouth after Levi testified. He showed zero love for his dead wife. I believed he was quite capable of getting rid of her.

I missed part of Mr. Chavez's testimony but from what was said and implied today in court Mr. Chavez said or implied that the Cordova's had tried to get custody of the oldest daughter of Levi and Tera. When the truth is that they had to get guardianship to provide health insurance to the child because Tera was on their insurance and both the parents were minors.

That is what I have gotten out of this issue.

The state had just successfully argued about allowing in this evidence. How can anybody lose something they just held in their hands a few minutes earlier? These are important papers. Lose your keys, the newspaper, the mascara stick, your lunch or your kids (just kidding) but don't lose what could get justice for a murder victim. And it's not like this evidence has been sitting on the table with everything else. I can understand that. Both sides were searching for documents during this trail. But not papers that you just had in your hands minutes before they vanished. Just My Opinion.

PS Plus I am worried about the PT delivering on all cylinders.

If you would like you can watch LC testimony on youtube not just news clips and I recommend it to really understand how awful LC is there are no words. It also puts this new evidence in context.LC tried lied about the Cordova family saying they tried to take the first baby away from him (mainly) and Tera too. He lied and to the jury if he lied about 1, 2 , 3 things then his testimony is discredited. It is difficult for me to write in the context I hope you get a chance to watch the testimony. It was so manipulative. I wish the state could have gotten the credit card debt in too because he lied about their finances also. LC was always right and the world has been out to get him (cry cry). You really have to see it IMO.

Yes LC tried to imply that the Cordova's tried to get custody of their first born, because they were just teenager's. Which was not the case we are finding out today.

Our DD got pregnant at age 19 and was not married to her boyfriend and we told her to not get married. She was still covered by our insurance so it would cover the cost of her pregnancy. Her and her boyfriend got married when our GD was 9 months old.

Nothing vanished. They are getting certified docs upon Serna's request. Court is slow and methodical, yes there is jury time but this is important. They are not in a race.

So the state tried to proceed with introducing them in court and serna objected to them not being certified and court was adjoined until the state can get that done?

Makes sense but still doesn't explain why papers were being shuffled by the state with Mr Cordova on the stand.

calamity we will just have to agree to disagree. Vanished means missing to me and that shuffling of papers isn't something I made up.

I worried about my own ability to think and retain when I listened to serna and after a few moments couldn't tell what his point was or if he was making sense to anyone else. He'd give me a headache if I was the judge.
