Oh don't get me wrong I think Heather is every bit a perfect match for Levi. But I do think she 'knows' what most people are thinking about her and she juts out her chin in defiance. If that makes sense.

It does. Of course it does not help her one bit...it shows more of the inside. Yes it does make perfect sense though. Her life and career are pretty much ruined after this methinks...and even if LC gets off this isn't something they will get past. Too much ego and lies and narcissism....a marriage built on those things does not last.

My computer clock says 3:25 and it would appear that court is in recess.....defense has about 50 minutes left of their 3 hours unless I missed it and they are DONE! Please tell me defense is done!

The judge called the break for the jurors. They will probably take another before the prosecution begins their last hour. I am ready to get the deliberations under way.
Anybody know if the jury can deliberate over the weekend if they want to?

Do think that she just stayed with him to finish this trial either way guilty or not? I was thinking earlier today I wonder how fast she will file for divorce if LC is found guilty.

I think I saw the judge tell Serna how much time he had left as the jurors were filing out. Again, if the judge allows Serna more time I will be upset, unless Keener/McKay need more than an hour and he gives it to them as well.

Agree. Regardless of outcome of this trial she will be looked at by a lot of the public as someone who carried on with a brand new widow while still married. How does that jell with representing one of New Mexico's finest?

As an aside, I have a medical scales with the weights and all and I know they are accurate. I have gained 2 pounds this week. I had lost 8 in the past 6 weeks and I was so proud of myself.

It is tempting to hold my breath but I bet it would not cause defense to go away.

I thought Baez's closing was off the way.....this defense lawyer has beaten Baez in the throw it all at the wall and see what sticks.....and that turned out ok for Baez so I am hoping NM juries are not the same as that one Florida jury..........

This is it. She cheated on her husband with him. Cheaters find each other often times. So yeah, she is as screwed up as he is. His past was no big deal because, well, it was in the past! LOL but she h as the same past!!
