Thank you CC! All of the stuff on the front porch is strewn all over the little country neighborhood this morning. I think I'll leave it as little gifts for my neighbors. This trial is going to begin shortly and I must be here for that and not out picking up stuff
Unless Mr. Snarky, er Serna, starts his mess early and then maybe I'll be happy to get away for an hour or two.

Found this link last night, The Huffington Post has been doing IMO good recap coverage of the trial each day and I have read information that I have missed during the trial because we all know how great the video and the sound are.

Also the man prosecutor is Bryan McKay so does anyone know the her name?

I hate to say this, but I don't think the DA has a very good case. With all these horrible witness they are bringing in it really is making their case look bad. imo

I do think however LC is probably guilty.

If Serna is trying to discredit the witness, I think he already has. So why is he still going after her?

I really don't understand why we are hearing all this hearsay from the defense attorney.

He is basically reading bits and pieces of the Slama's police interview, which is hearsay.
