The camera panned to him during a split second in between the mice and chipmunks. He was somewhat laughing with his family in the back of the courtroom, or that's what it appeared to be to me.
This trial is a comedy of errors...where is Shakespeare??

This crime has a familiar context of the Phil Spector crime. Two adults, one gun, and the victim shot in the mouth. In the aftermath, during trial, the defense of both defendants claim the victims were depressed and committed suicide. The DT of both trials dug up something in the victim's writings to "prove" she was suicide which, in actuality, was indication of moving on.

For those who didn't watch the Phil Spector Trial, the foreman and another lady bought the goods of the DT. In the second trial, he was found guilty.

I remember the trials and how crazy PS looked at times. And his wigs! He was a music genius back in the day but his life obviously took some wrong turns. I was sadly happy that he was found guilty the second time because I felt he killed her.

Thank you so much for letting us know we're done for the day. I was just sitting here gaining weight. This trial is like nothing I've ever seen before, sure can't tell what in the heck is going on.
