NM - Tera Chavez, 26, found dead in her Los Lunas home, 22 Oct 2007 - #1

It is thought Tera was asleep, sitting on her bed when she has shot. If this is correct, she didn't see it coming. I pray this is the case.

I understood that the gun was in her mouth when the trigger was pulled. This is the reason I want to see this found guilty. Can you imagine watching TV, falling asleep and waking up because your husband is cramming a gun in your mouth? Utter terror.
