Please explain to the jury what an unseated bullet means!!

Good for him--officers investigating as a suicide not very credible! My opinion, again, is that the entire APD should be fired, starting with the people involved in this case from the first moment those involved arrived at the scene. They destroyed evidence, didn't collect evidence, and made a mess of things.
Oh dear, here goes Serna.

Hi guys, in and out, in and out :scared:

Where did everyone go?

So this witness couldn't conclude either way. hmmm

I still say this case isn't looking good for the PT. So sad for the Cordova's, Teras family.

Looks like you and I are the only two who are not shy. Don't know where the rest of our conversationalists went.
I hated to hear Ortez admit that he could not say one way or another if it was a suicide or a homicide.
Serna sure has an issue with A. Jones. A. Jones may be the only pure and honest officer in the entire department.

OMG is am so steamed right now that those police took bedding and interfered OMG I could spit right now.
As seen in the Drew P case (and many many others) the blue line is alive and well. This scares me to no end...maybe unnecessarily....but I have dealt with police in my job at one of my jobs....and what I have seen truly scares me. Yes...I have met some seemingly decent ones too. Never will I totally generalize. I have seen thingsn though, that truly do scare me... :nerves:

Also I feel that like that was a shot at LC because his 911 call he stated suicide right away and especially as a trained professional and I say that loosely LC could not have made that conclusion for the 911 call so adamantly unless he knew what happened.

So sorry you have seen first hand the weight of the blue line. It's very sad, as we are taught from early childhood that law enforcement officers stand for all that's good and honest, and they put that 'bad' people in jail. I know that's not the truth and probably never will be.

Me too!! I have seen both sides in my career of the blue line.

I have been listening but I have been in the kitchen making late lunch early dinner for all of the kiddos and friends. Serna has again tried to put words in this witnesses mouth but he has been shut down which I love. It is unfortuneate that this CSI person can not rule definitely in favor of homicide with out a doubt but IMO if that were the case LC would have plead out. Maybe not but... I do feel that this CSI professional has stated alarming holes in this staged suicide. That is the problem with LC being in law enforcement and taking the class. The class can be where he got the idea for this and also how to stage it better.

He WHINES in every thing he says, he driving me crazy too. He is picking apart this witness's earlier testimony piece by piece. Some he's winning, some points Ortez shoots back at him.

:thud: Serna just got this witness to state the smoking gun would be the unseated magazine.

Good thing Serna doesn't know when to shut up

McKay on redirect: from pictures, unable to render conclusion? yes. That doesn't mean he found things at scene suspicious #levichavez

Ortiz: If we had a smoking gun, I would say the smoking gun would be the unseated magazine

oh I hate how LC acts. Look at the way he is talking with his family. So arrogant hands in his pocket like oh I got this.

My husband is asleep, works nights, and his sister just called on his cell phone. It had quit ringing before I could get to it. I'm so afraid something may be wrong with their mom, she is 86 and in relatively good health. They live about 5 hours away. I don't think his sister would call this time of day knowing he's asleep unless something was wrong. I'm not going to wake him--he'll be up at 7 and can call her back then but I'll be uneasy until he calls.
