Prosecution brings up two issues they have.....and then defense brings up some issues.....I certainly hope the jury is not present! Don't they do motions and hearings before the case starts in front of a jury? Looks like they are bringing in the jury now.

Ahhh, so that is why the camera cuts to a picture of another camera. First it was a seal, then a bunch of paintings of old guys and now a camera.

I believe it is 2 hours difference from central so it is 10 there.

Editted to say "I was wrong" It is now 11:26 in NM. So it is only one hour difference from central. Sorry!

Aaron Jones was one of the first deputies on the scene; he later doubted her death was a suicide. Defense attorney Serna [the guy in the white suit today] apparently said in his opening statement that Jones tried to bias potential witnesses against Levi Chavez. Cross should be interesting!
