This guy likes to talk and talk too! He has covered the same things at least twice now and just keeps going. Why doesn't the judge put an end to it?

I'm just happy I can hear and it sounds like Serna has been blowing smoke about the world ending and his 'emergency'.

Serna was limiting his response to Mr Hall?? Fourty five minutes of yakking should have covered EVERYTHING being questioned.

Serna did a lot of talking about Farrely but when the State brings him up and any associated documents he objects.

He seems to be self-limiting on docs to peruse but complain later to the judge that he didn't have something, and calls it an emergency. I don't see how defense is going to win much out of this, maybe a short delay.
