In my next life I am going to be a prosecutor. I should have been one in this life but I was too old when I realized it. The biggest problem I have is that I can't leave my feelings and emotions at the doorstep. If I were trying this case against Serna, I would absolutely hate him for the rest of my life, in and out of a courtroom. And I know it would show all over me. I really admire those who can put their emotions and personal feelings aside because I know I just can't.

I vote the trial will go forward, those witness's will be recalled, Serna will not get his mistrial but will ask for a mistrial another 473 times before the trial ends.

I am afraid it might... Or maybe I am falling prey to Serna. He argued well though and yes the prosecutor had passion but part of me felt like she was on the defense. I want to be wrong!!!!

It's easier to give in to him than to continue having to listen to him drone on and on. I wonder if this is his standard MO for getting his clients off.
