NCB No joke. Remember SNL and they would pinch peoples' heads off? A hand would be shown over someone's head and a voice would say ' I pinch your head'? I was doing that to serna when he went up to the sidebar earlier. It helps me from screaming and wanting to give him a fat lip.

Did you all catch Serna's snarky, "Congratulations," when the witness chimed in that he had been to jail three times? Serna just couldn't help himself. What a butthead.

Did serna use Patrick Corodva's barber license with the state as a sneaky way of bringing up his criminal past? That still bothers me a lot. serna is making this man's life that much harder as a convicted felon.

I can understand a pedophile found working at a kid's daycare to be someone continuing to lie and perhaps continue in their criminal life. But what does cutting hair have to do with being a felon? Why did serna bring that up other than to smear the witness.

IMO I think Serna brought up the felonies to discredit the wintness and it probably worked. The DT does not want person after person up there sayin TC was not depressed. Serna probably wants to take out as many as possible. In CA the Bureau of consumer affairs gives out licenses so my liscense and the lady that cuts my hair her liscense come from the same place, plus you are supposed to disclose prior convictions. Poor guy might be screwed bc of this trial. He better get in touch with he board, if it is anything like CA

That's what I pretty much said when Serna first began dragging up the man's criminal past. He's ruining the man's livlihood--absolutely not fair. In my opinion, it didn't discredit his testimony. He worked with Tera and knew what he saw, what he heard practically on a daily basis. His background should never have been brought up. I swear I can't even remember now if the State objected or not. My cold medicine is messing up my brain.

While I understand the need to discredit a witness...this witness in fact said Tera was despressed, used that very word. What he did was uncalled for. imo

With these headphones on I can hear Serna in the back ground cutting up with other people. Who I am not sure, probably with LC family. Makes me sick. Ugggggg!
