I think this defense atty, if he sniffed a rehearsed witness, could ask when the last time she and the state reviewed the testimony. IMO it appears more honest if the witness is foggy about a weekend several years ago and might need her memory refreshed.

Perhaps, but she is a state's witness and they are supposed to go over things with her before she takes the stand. They are supposed to have her back so to speak. I don't think they have done that with any of their own witnesses.

Thank goodness he followed his gut and didn't let it go. This whole thing makes me really ill because it sounds like he (LC) almost pulled it off.

I'm catching up on posts....sorry for questions....but what didn't Mr. Cordova let go; followed his gut that Tera was murdered by LC? Did Mr. Cordova talk to Detective Jones? Is that what put Jones on the murder trail?
