I heard Serna say earlier this afternoon that he would have to go out to his car and find it....meaning paperwork. That was during a break. He is so unorganized.

I have to work out of town tomorrow so I won't be here with all of you. If my cold turns into something worse I'll be here. Right now I'm feeling awful but this trial is so entertaining--in a bad way--it's keeping my mind off of how bad I feel.

Three days later serna is still walking around the courtroom, making chitchat, laughing with the defendant's family and having a time royale, while he pretends he is putting papers together.

I have to work out of town tomorrow so I won't be here with all of you. If my cold turns into something worse I'll be here. Right now I'm feeling awful but this trial is so entertaining--in a bad way--it's keeping my mind off of how bad I feel.

I am starting to think when defense attys don't have anything they make something up. Like trying to get the witness to agree to a lie and the witness says 'no I didn't say that' and serna says 'oh okay' and moves on to his next big set up....
