Nothing yet. The witness testified that there were videos on Tera's phone that were sexual in nature and left it at that. There were no others on the other 2 phones. Strangly, on Tera's phone she discovered many text messages that Tera had sent but all incoming texts had been deleted or so she thinks because there were none, not a single one.

He is so unorganized. So the jury had just come back in from lunch and 5 minutes later they go back out.

IMO serna knew perfectly well this witness didn't say anything about cloning phones. serna likes to insinuate that the witness is lying in front of the jury. It is his MO he has done this before hoping to trip someone up.The man is amoral IMO.
