The news article saying they could not 'track' LC for those 15 hours is in total opposition to the testimony of Mr. Citizen, Verizon Legal Dept. and Serna said yesterday. The pretty female who works for Serna even had a map near the end with balloons marking all of the cell phone towers the calls pinged off of. So I don't understand how they did all of that yesterday to prove that LC was using his phone during that time frame yet the news article is saying quite the opposite.

They should take a lesson from Juan, bring everything you need for that day in an accordian file and take pages out as needed, if not entered into evidence, return them to that darned file and leave them there. This shuffling and losing papers constantly is just ridiculous, these people work with reams of paper on a daily basis and should know by now how to organize such. Man.

I *think* the map was for the 19th and 20th until just after midnight, then his phone went off for 15 hours (or no tower pinging). And likely right before or just after he shot her.

I have a horrible headache right now and I think it's just a delayed reaction to all of that cell phone jibber jabber yesterday afternoon. With Serna, just reciting the alphabet turns into an ordeal.

Even my 6 year old grandson keeps all of his school papers, coloring pictures, marker pictures, and odds and ends in a more organized manner than these attorneys.
There has been so much time wasted during this trial due to their not being able to find what they are looking for. Yesterday they had to take that long break, with the jury out, for Keener.....and yesterday morning for Serna. I hope and pray all of the courtrooms and trials in NM are not run like this one has been.

I really have no idea how which trial will be streamed unless it's the most high profile cases in an area that will gain the most attention from viewers. That's pretty much how they are done here, just high profile husband murders wife trials mostly and mostly in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area of the state. I can't remember anything preceding the Jimmy Deen Breakfast sandwich commercial earlier in the week and now the El Pinto commercial that aired yesterday and today, but they must be paying for their commercial air time when we are kicked off. So, maybe that means we are getting kicked off on purpose.

Even if I am starving and texting like a madman while driving drunk as all get out I would never contact that attorney or visit that restaurant and if I didn't already like Jimmy Deans breakfast croissants with ham, egg and American cheese I wouldn't eat his stuff either. I will also avoid contacting any of the lawyers involved in this trail should I get arrested and thrown in the can. And if I should have the misfortune of having my case heard by this judge I swear I'll start laughing uncontrollably and have to be taken away in a white suit while I yell about wanting those white shoes to go with my new look.

However, in following this case I saw LC's picture and almost fainted because he is physically a clone of a guy I was involved with...not relationship but involved. And as I have followed this case..even more scary is that this dude and LC have the same persona seemingly. It was a very toxic predator-like involvement that I got into after my toxic marriage ended. Yes I got out and in therapy. But watching this has brought many memories baxk.
And yes I know aqualung the singer and the song...but I like classic rock..I was born late 70s

I've considered that too, why have a first rate system that costs a lot and delivers little ad revenue when instead you can hook up your crappiest equipment, have the stream drop every 5 minutes forcing viewers to refresh and have that commercial run again, which the TV station gets paid for by the company being advertized. Win-win for them, not so much for everyone else.

Keep those memories tamped down and don't let LC or any other part of this case mess up your emotional balance. I am so glad you were able to get out of your relationship and saw him for who and what he was. You don't need toxic people in your life, none of us do. I had a somewhat toxic mother, very negative and emotionally abusive, I loved her and miss her now but got out as fast as I could.
