O/T/////// Here is a link about the father of the deceased filing a lawsuit against the Hayes/Haze couple I have mentioned. The trial begins for him on Aug. 24. Her's is scheduled to begin in Jan. They were originally set to be tried together and then in April they began turning on one another and the judge issued a motion to sever the trials. It's been said that he sent her a death threat while both were in jail about her testifying against him. The male defendant has an ego that will make L and H Chavis look tame by comparison. He has already fired 2 of his court appointment attorneys, is working with a
3rd who may or may not be there next month. You all must follow the trial with me--it's going to be a good one.

In New Mexico criminal codes there is no code 34 and code 33 is not used......

Oh the thank you button was not enough. This is a big point to me in that 911 call. This reading of a 10-34 to me with the APD does not mean send EMT and or Fire. The one I found was not specifically APD it was a 10-34 and it said that call meant "Shooting" so when I read that I thought well... maybe if that call came it would automatically call for Paramedic Fire or Ambulance but this Officer or meet officer is something totally different IMO.

And I am not just talking of the paramours or mistresses..........Jones was trying to demonize every witness.........he wanted to convince everybody that Levi was guilty....he was more like an agent of propaganda then an investigator.......tried to convince everyone that Levi was a brilliant criminal genius.........(where oh where are these lies Jones told?)

Serna had truly demonized AJ since day one. I hope the jury has seen this the same way as we have. Only because he brought some of LC's lies to light.
