His family is putting up $50,000 to find a man they love and miss immensely. It's been more than seven months since Will Iovenko vanished in Park County but that's not slowing down his family's search.

Park County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Park County Coroner’s Office conducted the field search in the area where Iovenko’s car was found. The coroner’s office says it is now waiting for dental records to positively identify the human remains.

An anthropological exam of the remains will also be conducted. Once all exams are complete, the manner of death will be determined.

William Bingham Iovenko, son of Sallie Bingham, found dead in Colorado
The remains of William Bingham Iovenko, the grandson of former editor and publisher Barry Bingham Sr., were discovered Sept. 5 in the Colorado mountains about 130 miles south of Denver, according to the Park County coroner.

His mother, writer Sallie Bingham, wrote in an obituary that Iovenko had walked off into the mountains 16 months ago “searching for peace” and froze to death there. He was 47.
Iovenko’s cousin, novelist Robert Worth Bingham IV, known as Rob, who had struggled with addiction, died in 1999 at his loft in New York’s Tribeca neighborhood of a heroin overdose. He was 33.

Iovenko’s father, Michael Iovenko, a Wall Street lawyer and former president of the Legal Aid Society in New York, died while playing tennis in Manhattan in 2001. He was 71.

Two of Iovenko’s uncles died in accidents before he was born.
