Xavier Cuevas, 14, left his home in Vado on Dec. 31. Cuevas has not had any phone, text or social media contact with his family, but friends have reported seeing him around the Mesilla Park area.

Cuevas is described as 5-foot-3 with brown hair and brown eyes. He weighs about 135 pounds.
