It would depend who called for the suppression order ...if defence...what is it they don't want anyone to hear???

Yeah true, I was trying to look for the positive in it lol

It is better for the prosecution too to not release all of the information because the investigation is still ongoing.

I think that we the public are lucky to have the info that was released as it could have been nothing.

I agree completely. I thought it was all going to be suppressed today.

Previously I was thinking he'd be bailled, but now I think with the witnesses out there, and juicier suppressed evidence, we may see the accused behind bars til the next hearing.

I am getting a little worried about all of this. Alarm bells are ringing.

My worry is, if bail is granted, he then returns to full time carer of their daughters, how will they comprehend what is going on. Losing their mum, living with dad at grandparents house, dad taken away accused of killing mum, moving in with other grandparents, dad granted bail, move back with dad and grandparents with the added burden of a conviction hanging over his head. What sort of contact will they then have with Allison's parents. I live in Brookfield ( although back visiting the uk at the minute) its a small area, people talk, how will it be possible for the girls to move on.? Then if later dad is found guilty ( fingers crossed IMHO) the girls lose their dad again. This whole situation is heartbreaking for those 3 little girls. What a tragic mess.

Please keep me to date with outcome of the bail hearing. It's 3.54 am here in the UK and I can't sleep, I am so anxious for the right outcome.

RIP Allison , help guide the courts to the right decision

Nahhhhh....All described it as a very "cozy" hug. Not an employee type of hug. Also why the devil would OW have photos of GBC and employees on her facebook page?.

Maybe we will hear Peter Davis stipulating that it isnt evidence....Olivia just took the photo and put it on facebook to show her friends what the color of her next lisptick purchase will be. (yeah im being facetious)

People stipulated that there were NO photos of Allison on this page, though there was this one of TM. The facebook page appeared very telling.

PS : I said someone.......I never said you. To be honest I dont recall you posting at that time. There were two posters who were (even admitted) contacting them because they felt others were bullying by checking their FB pages. I didnt even go on to the FB pages....But am of the opinion if one sets their page to public, then it's their own stupidity that allowed others to view their page.

Don't know. I did not see the pics or FB page either and only read the comments on here after the fact so cannot make my own judgement based on them; but I still don't see any "obvious support" for the affair by OW. I'm not saying it wasn't there, I just don't see it, which is why I asked the poster last night. I thought they may have information relating to the matter.

Yeah well I flipped from thinking he would get out yesterday to thinking no today.

Yeah, im a lazy arse.....I think, "well it will be on here in a minute" and people (bless em) bring in the links and photos and I just tend to stick to the thread. Im not good with technology.

Had I actually seen the photo.....I would try to push the point to you more. But I didnt, so I think fair enough for your thoughts. If it was on the page though, I cant envisage someone putting photos of something they don't support on Facebook.

Maybe because they think he will get bail, in which case theyd go to the jail to pick him up as soon as possible? Or maybe because of the media and public, they just would find it too confronting ..

I was told they were there yesterday also.

I find it interesting there is no 'hard' evidence being presented. Surely the prosecution would be presenting everything they could to ensure GBC had no chance of getting bail. I mean they wouldn't just go half arsed about it.

Sorry, but there is to point to push. I was just questioning a poster on what they had written. Which is what we all do here...

I'm sure that once bail has been granted it still takes a couple of days before the accused is released, paperwork and the like... Sorry I don't have a link for that...
