A lot of undignified gnashing of teeth, angry accusations and hasty bag-packing....I wonder if NBC has a passport?

Passports aren't necessary when one makes use of a BROOM!
I'm a frequent flier of the mode & have never required packing nor showing my passport anywhere / anytime. :floorlaugh:

someone has said in the last few days that she was in Brisbane, suppose to have been at the cross country event ion the Thursday morning.

Has any evidence been given as to when TM became aware of the murder? She must have wondered what was going on when Allison didn't front at the real estate conference,

It would be good to know if she actually went to the conference that day...if she didn't, it would certainly be telling, at least in the context that GBC had spoke to her the following morning, and much more so if he had contact with her throughout the night

Great to come in here tonight and read this news.
Looks like we were close with some of our earlier thoughts as to how things went down.
If the girls were there that night, that answers for me why he called the police so early, and with such a stupid excuse re the walk.
He seems to be one of the most stupid killers ever, probably lots of other incriminating things he googled, how ironic that one of them was something about 'incriminating"
No doubt we will hear of more calls that night, and many more dumb stupid things he has done.
I'm sure the prosecution will have plenty more up their sleeves but have no need to reveal more than necessary at this stage.
Would love to know how many murders have been solved over the last 15 years or so, because of cell phone records.
Now I can concentrate on Nz's best who dunnit for years.
Seriously though is anyone following this case in Sydney about the rich doctor's wife found dead. I can find very little online about it, unless it's been solved, and I missed that, it is receiving very little publicity online, I have my suspicions about this case too.

Yes, when it was first reported on the news i heard "repeatedly stabbed to death", however i don't think they are releasing any more information about COD anymore. Sounds like an intimate murder.

Doctor's wife 'murdered' in multi-million dollar waterfront mansion

Neighbours reported hearing yelling and screaming

Couple of things that I still don' understand:

Why did it take the police so long to arrest?

The roundabout ? and the TV programming?

Any thoughts anyone?

I've googled Pathways and it appears to be an employment place, not-for-profit place or a pychopsychological place. I don't know what Allison would be involved with. Wasn't she a principal in the real estate agency?

I can't get it out of my head that he killed the mother of his children, as the girls slept in there own beds. what must have gone through there young minds when they woke the next morning.

I wonder what these children have seen and heard in the previous few year?

Well they may as well. It Is not. much use hanging around Kenmore, so it will be either Brownsville or Africa for next few years. Unless they want to visit Arthur Gorrie a few times a week, and risk the possibility of every word they exchange being taped!

They will need more than a Bex I would think, it is going to be a long weekend for them all I imagine.

There has been an update on the 'googling' it was actually about 'taking the fifth' and taking the right to remain silent.
Certainly makes you wonder about the premeditated aspect.

Mr Davis said the only external injury noted in the report was a chip to the bottom left eye tooth.

Relax Minni!!
I was in a worse predicament. My daughter had booked us both into a spa for a body warming relaxing spa, massage and skin brush, one of my mother's day presents. She had planned a day off from work for both of us to go and picked me up at 11.45 (I was still onmy IPad ). All I can tell you is that I didn't relax that much as i just kept thinking about the bail application, and just wanted to get home, than realised I was about 20 pages behind. Thank the goddess that all went well.

haha deary me...we are so invested!!! well, I hope you enjoyed your day all the same, and, to get one up on you...
I took my car in for a service, they couldn't drive me home, it was quarter to ten!!!!
so I went to get my nails filled, (could barely string two words together with one hand, let alone keep up with bail hearing on tiny phone)
went to Dick smiths on way to taxi rank, to buy business computer
got home couldn't activate internet
got on old mac, kids used $50 internet credit IN ONE DAY
tried phone, freezing up like crazy
raced down shops, bought another 50 credit, got home recharged.....nothing would load
got called out...at ten to one!!!!! missed more breaking news

think I'm 40 pages behind, maybe 50!

1. Blood in car may be old and nothing to do with recent happenings.
2. Blood in car is recent - possibly menstrual.
3. Possibly after suffocation, air in lungs has dispelled, bringing a bit of frothy blood with it, which I believe can happen in asphyxia cases. Literally tiny droplets of blood which travel on the breath coming out.
4. Possibly she swallowed the tooth chip and it caused her throat or mouth to be cut?

I really hope they are able to find the rest of the tooth...possibly in NBC's car or the home?

I am intrigued at what the QPS know and were looking for last night?

NBC seemed to be watching very intently - even leaning into the back of the car when the light was being shone around.....Still would like to know what was being asked to EBC while NBC was being distracted.

Mr Davis said the marks on his client’s torso were related to a “caterpillar incident” and he had witness statements attesting to that.

So maybe he is claiming the scratches were self-inflicted when a caterpillar crawled on him? Guess they would have been able to determine the direction of the scratch, if he had let them examine him at the time.

WOW! Another excellent observation or query rather!
That's extremely interesting ... & if she did attend, it would be interesting to know what her behaviour was like. i.e. Relaxed or tense & whether she dismissed herself to take frequent calls outside? Mmmm?

The evidence which was presented in GBC's bail hearing today has been very damning to him! The Judge certainly said he believed it to be weighty enough to convict him of murder. That the children were home on the night she was murdered is just horrific: IMO at least one of the children has knowledge of events that night - at least of an argument. What a difficult/sad position for a child to be in, knowing their Mother has subsequently died.

Now that some of what happened has been revealed, surely GBC will now come to his senses and plead guilty to murdering his wife ..... and save his girls, and Allison's family and friends, and even his own family, from the terrible details that will inevitably be revealed in a trial.

This is one of the saddest cases I have ever encountered.

quote: It's been answered a number of times already, the children were at home.

quote: The children were told something unusual by the father when they asked where their mother was on Friday morning.

quote: Police who responded to the missing person call knew something was wrong.

quote: The rumours about multiple people may be related to the SMS messages that were sent that evening but I'm not sure this is widely known. I'm sure that all options are being considered but Police know who did it.
