No staging

if we take out of the picture everything we think was probably part of the staging (wrist ligatures,tape on mouth,garotte (?),ransom note,new panties)...what does it leave us with?

a 6years old dead female,bleeding from her vagina,who has been strangled and hit on the head

every cop on this planet willing to solve such a case would know who to start with
but this NEVER happened in this case
it happened,but on the other side...the defence team knew instantly who they needed to prepare a defence for and knew who to call in to enlighten them (J.Douglas was brought in because they wanted to know if JR is capable of this)

I am starting to accept the fact that it's not the Ramsey's who I have to blame for all the mess...this is what guilty people do,lie,spend money on lawyers,everything to get away with what they've done...

They were basically ALLOWED to walk away with it ...and this is what I can't accept...it happened from day one and NOTHING changed

Everyone wants to focus on the parents (or even BR). No one within the family killed JBR although everyone in the family knows who did. That deserves to be repeated several times so people realize its significance. Clues were PURPOSELY planted (such as the RN) to draw suspicion on the Ramsey's and to make everyone (including the police) certain one or both of them was guilty of these crime, but neither of them did it. What JR and PR did do is to put their daughter into the environment and situation which led to her murder by allowing her to be used in sexual acts with adults. One of these adults hit JBR over the head and I think the same person also strangled her to death. The parents were there and saw it happen, among many others. BR was there and saw it happen.

If she was killed at another location, why not just carefully set her body up to be found there, then? If the RN was part of a setup to explain why she would be killed, why would they bring her body back to the house and not just leave it outside the home? If everything the R's cooked up from the time they departed the White's (or another location) was all false, wouldn't it have been easier to just return to their house without her body, then go about setting up everything in the home to corroborate the RN they gave to police?

Interesting post. But was this party after the whites party? They had trips scheduled early the next day. Did they really drop off the baskets for friends? Who all was supposedly involved in this? Was it people with a powerful position that held these parties and why would the ramseys stand back and let them do this and then take the heat for for it, even setting up the crime scene, RN and everything else
