Noel Annette Marcotte

Lost/Injured Missing

Missing From: San Francisco, California

Missing Since: March 24, 1990

Age: 19 -- Height: 5'4" -- Weight: 110 lbs -- Hair Color: Brown -- Eye Color: Brown

Noel has a 4-inch scar on the back of her head and a 1-inch scar on the nape of her neck.


Noel was last seen at Cliff House in the Sutro Baths area of San Francisco, California at approximately 10:15 pm on March 24, 1990. Her boyfriend claims she accidentally fell into the water and he jumped in to save her, but was unsuccessful and she drowned. Noel's body was never found.
