I was just wondering why some sites are some sites aren't banned to be linked. also why can't we even discuss them?

We have gone over this many times, it's because the owners of those sites have asked Tricia not to let our members link to them or a number of similar reasons.

many people are wondering so please point me to where this is gone over and over.
