Without fanfare, the cremated remains of Las Vegas mass shooter Stephen Paddock were released to his brother, who said he intends to store them in a bank deposit box “to make sure there’s no hoopla around Steve’s remains.”

Clark County Coroner John Fudenberg issued a statement Thursday saying that, “due to security concerns, we felt it was important to deliver the remains in a secure manner, which was accomplished.”

When after death can a cremation take place?

Cremation cannot take place until the following legal documents have been finalized: the death certificate is signed by the certifier (physician or medical examiner/coroner), the funeral director, and the county registrar. A burial-transit permit is issued by the county in which the death occurs. Clark County Coroner John Fudenberg (FYOU’-den-berg) said Friday that an autopsy was completed on 64-year-old Stephen Craig Paddock, but a finding on a cause and manner of his death is not expected for several months.

Fudenberg says Paddock’s body will be returned to his family after forensic test results are known.

If all testing is complete then what logical and/or excuse is left?

I do think the public is entitled in this case due to the obvious reasons. The entitlement carries additional weight due to the nonsense that they want us to believe and how they have gone about it from day one...and still...

We have seen footage on most shooters rather quickly, Dead or Alive.

It astounds me that we have not seen ANYTHING from MB. At the moment I can only reference Princess Diana’s last few days at the hotel. And she was not entering and exiting with the masses, where seemingly there is ‘little to no surveillance.’ That death carried the ultimate possible implications and with the ongoing investigation but yet we saw the activity footage and photos including entering the hotel room.

Perjury only occurs in court under oath. So yes, if they had to testify, somebody here would be perjuring themselves with the conflicting statements if the affidavits and search warrants were brought into evidence. IANAL, but I have followed many trials here, and shoddy or questionable police work will get scrutinized by defense in criminal court. I don't know how you take LE to court. Perhaps an internal affairs or DOJ investigation? Dunno.

A judge on Wednesday ordered Las Vegas police to release 911 calls and body camera footage from the night of Oct. 1, when a mass shooting on the Strip left 58 dead and more than 500 injured.

A vanishing third sibling
and a hard core drug addict

a father that was a criminal and a con and then later an FBI informant for a decade

OT: DH is 6ft 8in 245lbs and looks pretty trim but what I find fascinating about big tall guys is the ability to intimidate or persuade others by just standing up or approaching or hovering. It is a psychological advantage to be sure. Walk in a room together and I can hear the quietly-spoken 'dayuuums.'

According to the 20-page criminal complaint, Bruce faces one count of possession of more than 600 images of child pornography and 19 counts of sexual exploitation of a child.

Police say the crimes happened between January 1, 2014 and August 30, 2014.

The LAPD released Bruce's mugshot 'in case there may be victims of unreported incidents'.

During his lifetime, he was diagnosed as being psychopathic.

Stephen was the oldest of his four sons with Dolores Irene Hudson. The 64-year-old killed 58 people and injured more than 400 after opening fire from his sniper's nest in the Mandalay Bay hotel and casino on October 1. Stephen committed suicide as police stormed his room.

Armed Mandalay Bay security officers along with Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) police officers were fully aware within seconds of the location of the active shooter, Stephen Paddock after he opened fire.


MGM Resorts International, the owners of the Mandalay Bay Hotel could have taken preventive security measures years ago to prevent Stephen Paddock’s arsenal of death from ever reaching his room. Instead, the corporation dismissed warnings from the US Department of Homeland Security and the FBI, post-September 2011, that Las Vegas infrastructure was a prime target for possible terrorist attacks, i.e. Mumbai, India type attack and or an active shooter incident.

The LVMPD could have had counter-snipers near the concert arena, on the ready, just in case they were needed to suppress a sniper from any number of hotel high-rise towers that surrounded the open-air Route 91 Music Festival.

To add insult to injury, the 40-member LVMPD SWAT Team, one of the most respected SWAT Teams in the country, which has been allotted millions of taxpayer dollars throughout the years for manpower, training, and equipment, was not available to enter Paddock’s suite.
