NV - 59 Dead, over 500 injured in Mandalay Bay shooting in Las Vegas, 1 Oct 2017 #10

  • #581
Simple, the cops were scared, and no cop has ever been hurt while going into a hotel room and pointing a gun at an innocent naked unarmed person. One security officer had already been shot while outside the shooters room. Are the cops going to go down the hall to the shooters room, and risk getting shot, or are they going to spend an hour going into other rooms and pointing guns at innocent naked unarmed people? The answer is in the videos. The cops only care about protecting themselves. That's why it took them 1 hour and 15 minutes before they went into the shooters room.

the probem here is that video say the second which means it after midnight which means its two hours after the shooting started and their boss was all over saying the only shooter was dead !

it is totally scary that these folks were taking refrehmnet breaks urinating discussion maggots in the middle of the worst mass shooting ever

in cool j video post i did not see one anxious anyone!

what i saw was one room being checked and 22 officers chatting and discussing things in the hallway where there might be a mass shooter with machine guns

that is crazy imo!!

The 40 SWAT guys were lined up in formation in a parking lot some blocks away wasting time, just like the cops inside were doing. You can see some of it in this video. There are a lot more bodycam videos from the SWAT guys. But they are all the same. They were doing nothing, except standing in formation.

Yes, Cariis you called to my mind of the officer who said he witnessed SP shooting himself. Then he did a damage control maneuver that didn’t suffice. How can one be on the fence for that?

So what are you thoughts on the two officers who immediately went into the hotel? As they were advancing towards the floor they seemed ready to make entry into the room. In fact, it seemed to be their sole purpose for going into the hotel.
Well, at least they were trying. Honestly the only cop I was impressed with was the cop who was down on the floor pointing his rifle down the hall at the gunman's door. That guy seemed focused, and he seemed to know what he was doing. He is the only one who looked professional to me. I suspect that he got some training somewhere other then the police department. Because the police training is not that good. Unfortunately he was surrounded by a bunch of idiots, who were stepping over him, and walking in front of him, while passing water around.

I don’t think what usually happens when they get calls of shots fired can be compared to what happens during a mass shooting event when they get calls of more active shooters. The reports were from multiple multiple people of active shooters all over the strip.
People are reporting they heard shots fired within minutes of their calls.

Let me take you all back to one of the first to speak out on social media. This woman was called every name in the book for her “make believe story”.
Her story has now been verified thanks to the 911 calls:

and noone has ever declared the city safe in 23 minutes unless they know no one will else BE shot that is irresponsible in fact they usually keep everything on lockdown for hours

it los vegas the loot must continue to come in the powers know there will not be any more deaths after the initial barrage

how you ask? cause they know they got all the snipers out

moo

Well it's easy to rule out that anybody got shot there. Because there were no shooting victims.

there were at least two bodies far away

how someone gets that far away with a fatal gunshot wound is bizarre unless they were accidentally shot during the confusion making stuff

that does not count the black and white video of the lady who passed in the parking lot

here is video of a body in the lobby of the MB i hate LL but its video

Do you think the initial officers should have made entry to the room like they said they “had to”?

  • #591
Wasting time and keeping themselves safe, by not having to engage the shooter. That's what cops do.

that is not what cops do anylonger there first priority is to get rid of threat go towards the threat they knew floor and room within seconds

that is why the parkland cop had to leave he was not refreshing himself or urinating on cam but he did not run toward the threat to others that is there job and what as taxpayers we pay them to do

imo they knew lombardo keeps info from being released that is his mo that is why his dept has been under fbi investigation at this time

apparently a couple of his crew did some very very bad things to the public

he is widely known to be a political and corrupt leader he came up wiht one of the most corrupt bosses in history

see links earlier for all of the above

mgm backs him and he just won reelection

BWC’s are in UTC time. The BWC timestamps are accurate. The ones that actually have timestamps, that is.

would the date of 10 2 translate to it not being after midnight on that night !!

Yes. The dates are accurate. Trust me. I checked that out. But like I said, most of the cams didn’t even have a timestamp.

  • #595
Ok so they can quickly rule out nobody shot. How do they rule out multiple active shooters on the strip with all of the reports of multiple active shooters on the strip?

because some of the higher ups knew about the operations going on in MB they knew he was an informant (just like his dad) and something very bad went wrong

a lot of is was like naked gun movies laughable really refreshment breaks every 10 minutes and the urinating cop slowly washing his hands and drying them off completely in the middle of a mass shooting

if a cop beleives his supervisor is gonna release a body cam of one if his cops urinating live on cam that would not go down ok in any regular dept

in addition yelling out to colleagues while your quite frankly wheezing ( chit and chatting is certainly not professional!! Might be ok at football game or a gay club (!) but lawyers are not at urinals discussing cases nor doctors clinicians -- beyond tacky talking to your subordinates while pissing with the door open is just trash

ha i am used to urinal chat in certain settings (!) but there are others where that is not appropriate in the middle of a mass shooting not olk !!! moo

come on now guys they knew they were not in any real danger by that point - would we ever see people who afraid they would get shot by a machine gun stop for gatorade , take beverage orders from others in the room or to urinate ?

life or hold it

one is not gonna dehydrate in a 5 star resort with ac!!!!

ok lets go for one refreshment break they took em every 10 minutes

Where were they, and do you have a link?

linked earlier it was on a big map where every victim location was shown

Lets take a look at our Sheriff shall we?

It is doing strange things sorry about that (the post )

Located a nice summary of Lombardo dept:

the lies, disinformation, complete falsehoods, malicious prosecutions,
civil rights violations, wrongful terminations, criminal coercions,
nepotism, conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to commit continual
criminal offenses, covered-up police employee domestic violence
offenses, covered-up police employee narcotics offenses, participation
in and conspiracy associated with the HOA Scandal, manipulation and
coercion of city and county business licenses, mishandling and
attorney collusion of worker’s compensation cases etc., etc.”
“The Sheriff cannot deny that he has been running this community with
an iron fist, making this community afraid of the police — creating a
police state similar to that in a country where even the dictator’s
own force of men and women are afraid of the retaliation if they speak

I-Team: New evidence in alleged police corruption case

With the scent of corruption wafting around the courthouse, a few other recent cases involving alleged pimps have raised eyebrows. Zane Campo, who has an extensive criminal record, was facing five felony charges including sex trafficking. Days ago, he pleaded no contest to one count of disorderly conduct. Suspected pimp Anthony Galassi, an aspiring rapper, was charged with sex trafficking and first-degree kidnapping. He pleaded to a single count of pandering and was mistakenly released for time served, 120 days. A violent felon Shane Valentine, originally a person of interest in a double murder related to the sex industry, recently cut a deal which combined multiple criminal convictions into lesser charges. He was represented by defense attorney Adam Gill, who coincidentally is the special prosecutor in the Ocean Fleming case. Up soon, the case of Tyree Wright, accused of being a violent pimp and kidnapper.

Lombardo:

favor of gun control. ( this might have done that huh)

a longtime member of the Las Vegas police department his boss was super corrupt

started
in LE in 1988 (you can look up his previous bosses not good folks

humm served as the LVMPD's homeland security commander.

Lombardo is a 2013 graduate of the Major Cities Chiefs Association (MCCA) Police Executive Leadership Development Program. The MCCA praised Lombardo and Las Vegas police in a statement by its president, Tom Manger of Montgomery County, Maryland.

Police Executive Leadership Development Program this is a 40 hour thing big deal sounds great tho huh

the MCCA thing is like the old record clubs you pay them a membership fee ( or golf course I suppose ) I read with much amusement it primary benefit is to provide members with access to attorneys .

Who needs an attorney ready on the go at all times unless one is doing something wrong all the time!!

joke time: sheriff touted his experience running the department and what he called a continued commitment to transparency.

Maloof family donated to his campaign- these folks net worth in one billion (not typo) in los vegas properties

tons of entities that noone can find out who they really are are nontransparent entities ponied up $5,000-10,000 for their friend, Joe: KMB LLC; Zuffa LLC; Forza LLC; Territory, Inc.; PT Corp.; HH Holdings LLC; Jam III LLC; CJGAGP LLC; SWG, Inc., Duffers LLC and SW Golf Reservations LLC.

Motorola Solutions give $5,000 to Joe’s campaign? Could a new police department communications system be earmarked for any particular company?

Well look at this from another source:

Apr 23, 2018 - To Motorola Solutions, Inc.; And Authorize The Sheriff To Sign The Amendment

Lombardo’s early statements that he would closely follow in Sheriff Doug Gillespie’s footsteps, ensuring virtually no changes to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s current policies, procedures, practices and training. Of course, that’s code for: “Let’s continue propagating the same old culture of corruption

lots of advertising entities donated to his campaign he had huge advertising campaign to get reelected humm

Here is where he got 750,000 bucks ( ONLY during 2017) for reelection :

The Nevada Independent - Your State. Your News. Your Voice.

Nov 17, 2017 - The testimony implicates multiple Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officers in a bribery scheme related to illegal prostitution

Baughman was the lead detective in the case that sent Fleming away for life, but, the transcript shows, he refused to answer any questions related to the Fleming case. The former cop took the fifth dozens of times when asked about his former partner Detective Al Beas alleged sexual romps with prostitutes.

taking money from escort service kingpin Jamal Rashid

several Metro detectives in essence, worked as hired muscle for Mally Mall and took down rival pimps.

under oath that he witnessed cash payoffs to Baughman and other Metro officers

Baughman brought his teenage daughter to Mally Mall's home, and while the daughter was left to interact with prostitutes and rappers, Baughman would have sex with Mally Mall's working girls.

Another affidavit, from former prostitute Jessica Gruda, alleges that she was coaxed into giving false testimony against Ocean Fleming by Deputy District Attorney Liz Mercer, and that police convinced her that Fleming had taken out a contract on her life, a hit. By the time she got to court, Gruda says, she would have said whatever police wanted her to say.
