Crosby's revelation came as a surprise to most in the courtroom. It was the newest information in regards to the investigation that the public seems to have garnered unwittingly by Crosby when explaining to have the warrants remained sealed. Crosby did not say who would face charges.

He suggested having an in-camera hearing, meaning one in private.

This is too bizarre for words.. 3 months later.. wdh?

EXACTLY.. yet in the earlier Sheriff L interviews, saw in past few days so probably on this thread, he stated SP did not act alone..

whereas it is normal that a degree of confusion exists following an event such as this.. surely first amendment requires that info releases to general public should be accurate, congruent and truthful?

Are they really intending to charge someone or merely using it as a pretext to withold information and if so why??

They could be charging the store owner where SP obtained some of his weapons. Just because they plan to make an additional arrest, doesn’t mean it’s a second shooter.

Just to clarify, the timeline posted earlier came from this LA Times article and was not one I personally created.

Also, the time that was posted regarding MD being sought was from this Newsweek article. Scroll to the video when Lombardo addressed the media.

Newsweek is notoriously unreliable and has lost all credibility.
I really do appreciate all the work you are putting into this.
But, recall the huge debates near the outset regarding the timing of everything, the retractions, the missing minutes.. above all recall Mtr Lombardo's failure to disclose the exact time lVPD were notified, though that is a vital component in any investigation.
First call received timing relates to all resulting actions by police..

He HAD to have had that information.
It is VITAL information.
It is the information that sets the procedure for all other operations and their sequences.

i am not even sure it was ever released.. what time did mb inform le?
Who made the call and what information was given and what happened next?

If we don't have that, we're at nothing.

Excellent observation. Why even announce charges could be brought within 60 days? Unless he felt immense pressure from the Judge, but still seems that would be confidential? “Actual murders” is an interesting specification. What defines “actual murders”? Where does that Stop and Start?

Snip: “He (Crosby) did not identify who might be charged, or what charges were under consideration. But he told the judge he had no information that the charges pertained to the "actual murders." After hearing from Crosby and media lawyers, Cadish said she would issue a written ruling on the matter next week”

You beat me to it Kitty. We have nothing to go on as far as credible ‘time stamped’ beginning activity at the hotel. They have refused to give us digital logging for who and when the first alert call was made. That is known as the Key starter for tracking all activity, it’s kind of a very big deal. All the BS about rotary dial-in, combined with the 60 Minutes timeline, then it changed in extreme measure ‘due to seeing as JC was shot after, not before........’

He’s a dead high roller.

we never got the info, did we??
Maybe need a US citizen to submit a FOI?
Are there any plans to investigate this investigation?
Who would be capable of conducting such an investigation?

Doug Poppa was put under pressure to name his police sources.
Who allowed a non PD photographer on the floor that night and who released the photographs of paddock's body and who subsequently removed some of those photographs?

What time were SWAt contacted?
What was their response times?
Were the anti terrorism police notified ?
Who headed the initial room breach and on whose orders and what time precisely was that room breached?

New column from Doug Poppa

Clark County, Nevada, District Court Judge Elissa Cadish did not release any records Monday pertaining to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s (LVMPD) investigation of the worst mass shooting in American history as requested by several local and national media outlets.
In a stunning statement to the court, attorney Nicholas Crosby representing the LVMPD told the court that criminal charges may be possible depending on the results of an ongoing investigation.

This comment from Sherrif Lombardo about forgetting about the motive is extremely concerning. His whole statement was an incoherent babble. But he sure made that part very clear.

What in the hell is he up to? Something is up!

Too many questions. Really surprising that Intl media has not shredded this investigation and the accompanying idiocy surrounding it before now.
Why is he even still the spokesperson- a man running for election?? When we were kids, my grandmother would say, when we came home crying with cuts and bruises', forget about it and it will go away'
Mr Lombardo needs to sit in front of Doug Poppa for a nice sized interview- 3 or 4 hrs..
if he is incapable of this , he should resign..

MD facebook may have went to private and deleted, but at some point it was there. I remember looking at it myself.

Let’s call the priest in first...what a Quack-O (not the priest)
I wonder if JC garment with gun residue is on the Exhibit block or back in Mexico...

Seriously though this sounds like a Comedic Suspense narrative in comparison to the reality of it being a true travesty.

I remember when Columbine Massacre happened, it was in the news a lot. Not much so with the Las Vegas Massacre.
