Arrests have been made for the robbery and murder of William Ellis.

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Two people are behind bars five years after a missing person was found dead near Mount Charleston in 2018. Homicide detectives identified 41-year-old Patrick Byrom and his girlfriend, 45-year-old Kortny Payne as the suspects. Police said Ellis had hired Payne to be his in-home caregiver starting in July 2018.
