Carol Dummer, who turned 56 the day she went missing, left a group home in the area of Seventh Street and McCarran Boulevard between 4:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. Thursday. Dummer has medical issues that may cause her to experience delusions.
Dummer as 5 feet, 3 inches tall and 140 pounds, with a thin build and shoulder-length dirty blond hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a brown, gray and white long-sleeve shirt and blue fleece pants.
