Circumstances of Disappearance Casey got on his motorcycle and drove off. There has been no contact until a tow company sent a certified letter saying they towed his motorcycle. The motorcycle was parked with his helmet near Derby Dam near the Truckee River and had been sitting for several days. His bank account has not been accessed. He had no cell phone when he went missing.
