Circumstances of DisappearanceFather stops at the Blue Diamond truck stop with MP daughter Cassandra Inskeep. Father takes a nap while Cassandra goes to play video games. When the father wakes up, his daughter Cassandra has not returned. When the father inquires at the truck if anyone has seen Cassandra, he states, "I was told by some people they had seen her and maybe her and a young man left together".

If you go under contacts in NamUs and expand the Case Manager box, you can see she wasn't reported missing until June 1, 1994. If you were only searching articles from 1990, this may be why.

Not much info. Why where they at the truck stop and why was he napping? Was he driving a truck? Where do they live normally?
I'm thinking not near the truck stop so I doubt the knew a young man there or would just go off with one. No photos anywhere either. Also, hinky meter goes off thinking that a father would not call law enforcement when his 15 yo disappears and then waits 4 years to report her missing. There are Inskeep in Henderson area if they were local. One works for DA office.
