Saturday marked three weeks since Clark Hall told his wife he was going for a walk around 6 p.m. in their North Las Vegas neighborhood.

The 77-year-old man has not been seen since.

A statement from North Las Vegas police last month said Hall is about 6-foot-2, 195 pounds, with brown eyes and short gray hair. He was last seen on June 18 wearing a collared shirt, blue jeans shorts, and white tennis shoes.

Zelma Hall said her husband has never wandered off, besides his occasional 20 minute walk around their neighborhood near East Tropical Parkway and North Pecos Road. He left his car keys, cell phone and glasses behind.

The body of a 77-year-old man who went missing in North Las Vegas has been found, the family said Wednesday.

In a message sent to the Las Vegas Review-Journal on Wednesday, Clark Hall’s daughter Kimberly Breeze said Red Rock Search and Rescue found his body in a small cave on Aug. 24, fewer than 8 miles from her parents’ home.

“They think he had been deceased since the first couple days he went missing in June,” Breeze wrote.

The Clark County coroner’s office said Clark Hall’s body was found just east of Frenchman Peak. His cause and manner of death had not been determined as of Wednesday morning.

How in the world did he end up in a cave almost 8 miles from home? I hope the autopsy provides answers for his family.

That's absolutely crazy! There was no mention of him suffering from dementia or confusion....
I wonder if foul play was involved, something like a robbery or a car accident and his body was hidden?

I hope we hear autopsy information.
