I received a reply from my follow up in October.
Per my conversation with Henderson PD detectives today Peter Anthony Thuo was located in 2011 and is no longer a missing persons case. They did not specify if he was located alive or deceased, but he is not our unidentified male from 2010.

So he’s not UP8373! Very interesting to hear he was found in 2011, but still in NamUs. Hopefully he will be removed shortly.
