The Sparks Police Department (SPD) is asking for the public's help in finding a missing person.

They say Gary Blount went missing from his group home at 1897 Fieldcrest Dr. in Sparks on June 20th.

SPD says he is a white, 32-years-old, five-foot-nine and 190lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.

They say he was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt and blue sweat pants.


SPD says he takes medication throughout the day that must be provided to him and has medical needs that make him unable to care for himself.

They say he is mostly non-verbal.
