Finding Jawaher

There is footage of Jawaher walking at the construction site. She was seen walking towards the trail. Dogs also picked up her scent but lost it around the same trail area.
It is also stated that Jawaher may have been spotted walking on 12/29 near Arroyo Grande Sports Complex.

The news in Vegas isn't talking about this and there really isn't much on the FB missing page for her. :( Where is she?

Her car being found at that construction site is definitely raising the hinky meter for me. Is there anything relevant to that construction site?

Her family just posted a very frustrating message on her missing page.

yes indeed...and rightfully so IMO. How frustrating it must be for them (to say the least.)

I cannot even imagine. I just got to Vegas on Sunday but will be here for 3 months. I'm thinking of reaching out to see if I can volunteer in any way. I've never done anything like that before though.

Something is not making sense here. Why would LE deny access to the area now when it's been searched by family over and over already?

Here is the post by an Admin of the missing page:

Finding Jawaher | Facebook
3 days ago the police told us that Jawaher’s case was going to be a cold case in two weeks. The detectives believe that Jawaher just kept walking and lost her way. Then today we were trying to get a foundation with scent dogs to help search the whole mountain where Jawaher was last seen, but the police won’t give us authorization because they say the area is a crime scene. How is it a crime scene when the mountain is open to the public and the construction never stopped? There’s no crime tape or anything. Where is my sister? Where is Jawaher??? The police also still refuses to show us the whole video of Jawaher at the construction site. They only showed us a small 3 second clip. What’s going on

The location in Henderson is a trailhead for the Amargosa Trial, and Mariam says the family has done countless searches in the area to try and find Jawaher.

13 Action News has learned that Red Rock Search and Rescue also helped with the search, under the direction of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

Hejji’s sister Miriam said every day since then she and her mother have gone to the trail to speak to people walking by, construction workers building next door and anyone who might know where her big sister went.

We’ve been searching every single day,” Miriam Hejji, 19, said. “We had a scent dog tracking her and then lost her. My sister is not capable of going to that place without directions or anything.”

Family seeks answers in Henderson woman’s disappearance

Who found her car and called her family at 3am to let them know?
What time did the construction worker see a man following JH?
Is this trail a place JH visited often?
Why would she park at the construction site and not one of trail’s parking areas?

I agree; something seems a little off IMO.
Why would it be considered a crime scene if LE believes she just walked and got lost?

Also I’m curious the reason LE initially released she may be in severe emotional stress?

Right... And, I've never heard of a missing person's case going cold in two months. No way do I believe that. MOO

They said the same thing about emotional distress with Lesly Palacio when she was missing last August. Unfortunately she was murdered. I am not impressed with the Las Vegas law enforcement and their handling of missing persons and homicide cases.

I know people want more video, but she is alone. She left her belongings in and on her car.

You know how we see a case with a missing child with autism, what is the first thing we say.... is there water around. Well, I worked in mental health long enough that when a person leaves their phone, wallet keys and is seen alone walking away, it is likely self harm. I hate to say that and I hope she is just taking a break, but there is zero pointing to foul play, to me. I hope she is found quickly. That is torture to the family.
