Presser: She didn't seem distressed based on her actions.

Listening to presser it sounds like pure evil to me IMO. Subject to change as we learn more.

She was living in her car with her child for the week she was in Vegas: according to the suspect.

  • #124
Poor child. I hope there is a loving Family member to take her in.

Based on prior posts re: her name and presser info that they are still looking at her past would it be a safe bet to assume she has several names?

It's not her first time being homeless.

Holloway graduated through the Portland Opportunities Industrialization Center, according to a 2012 article in The Skanner. The Center reconnects "alienated, at-risk youths" through education, work training and mentoring.

According to the article, Holloway said she had been homeless in high school and had a mother who struggled to make a living with an 8th-grade education.

Sometimes when I'm riding my bike at night I think about how much trust I'm putting into people I don't know. I'm trusting all these people I've never even met to be sober, give me space on the road, and not hit me. But I've never had that thought while walking on a busy sidewalk at night. You notice if someone speeds past or if you want to cross the street, but no one is looking over their shoulder while strolling along.

Yes and especially while on vaycay. Folks tend to let their hair down and their guard.

"Holloway had been homeless and living in her vehicle with her young child, the sheriff said.

At least five Canadians were among the 35 people injured.

A total of five people are in critical but stable condition. Two of the five Canadians injured are in critical condition, and a hospital official said at least two of the Canadians are from the Montreal area.

Las Vegas police haven't ruled out terrorism as a factor in the crash, but Lombardo said that is only because so little is know about Holloway's background so far.

He described her as "stoic" when she was arrested in a parking lot to which she had driven. "She didn't appear to be distressed due to her actions," he said. She was coherent, he added."

We got these pics of Holloway modeling lingerie, posing in a sexy dress and even posing with her daughter -- the 3-year-old who was in the back seat of the car when she killed one pedestrian and injured 37.

There's an eerie pic of Holloway posing in front of the fake Eiffel Tower at the Paris Hotel in Vegas, close to the scene of the carnage.

I'm sorry to say, based on how they are describing her, it sounds like another case of 'my life sucks, and its everybody's fault but mine'.
I will never understand how a person gets some kind of satisfaction out of hurting others. Innocent people you have never met.
All MOO only

So confusing. Her "modeling" pics sure are a far cry from her mug shot. If she had work why live in your car? What the hay!!!!!

Agree. Just so angered by this. So many lives changed forever.

In comparing her TMZ modeling shots to her current mug shot, looks like maybe she's been involved in some serious drug use.

Agreed. The selfishness, lack of empathy, putting her own child at risk and more is just mind boggling.

She just changed her name to Paris before she crashed into Paris after changing her facebook cover photo to Paris Las Vegas over 3 years ago? My my

"modeling shots" that's not what I'd call them. Doubt she was getting paid work as a legitimate model.

Agree. Seems her "career" may have not been panning out.

They said that she might have been under the influence of some kind of stimulant/

I think that is more the heart of the matter. Who drives their 3 yr old to Vegas to live in their car, besides a person who is using drugs/getting high.

I bet we will find that she had family she could have stayed with, a job she could have stayed at, etc etc. She is an intelligent, healthy, attractive young mother. She could have done better than living in a car with her toddler off the Vegas strip.
