Kellie Phillips was sentenced last month 10 to 25 years in prison. The trial for Jondrew remains scheduled for next April.

Sentenced on Count 1 to a Minimum of One Hundred Twenty (120) Months and a Maximum of Three Hundred Months in the Nevada Department of Corrections and on Count 2 to a Minimum of Ninety-Six (96) Months and a Maximum of Two Hundred Forty (240) Months in the Nevada Department of Corrections, Concurrent with Count 1, with Nine Hundred Thirty-Four (934) Days credit for time served.
