Circumstances of Recovery - The decedent was a passenger in a 1990 Chrysler Fifth Avenue 4-door sedan. The car was traveling eastbound on Oakey Boulevard approaching Fremont Street when it left the roadway, striking a heavy duty pole. The vehicle came to rest and caught fire. Both occupants were found deceased.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think this is the accident. It fits closely, except this article doesn't mention the car catching fire.

I'm not very savvy at this research. I just did a google search on a combination of words from the known accident, and I found that, but nothing else. Hope it helps!
