I poked around on NamUs a little, didn't find anyone who seemed like a match for this UID.

Also, did a little online searching and couldn't find anything about that exact symbol. I'm thinking it might be a combination of a couple different symbols?

I was thinking it might be something to with Unown from Pokemon. But the tattoo isn't M. But as you can see, the E is a lot like his tattoo turned on its side so may be relevent?

It's most likely a sun sigil though IMO. The sun is depicted as a circle with a dot in the middle, the lines around it are rays of light. No idea with the M though.
