Sure thing! I’ll submit it to Doe Network as soon as I get home this evening!

Thanks! As a transplanted New Mexican, I'd like to see Mr. Wall "home" to his family.

I too would like to see Bennett’s case solved.

I submitted him and this UID to Doe Network. I requested they add “Douglas” to their site before realizing I had checked NM UID for him instead of NV . His profile is also headed with “Unidentified Female”, which is incorrect. I’m sure they’ll catch that. ETA: I went ahead and alerted them of the mistake, just in case.

@Caring1 Hey could you post the current list of NamUs exclusions for this John Doe? I would greatly appreciate it.

Bumping case up. I looked through NamUs for potential matches, but nobody new stood out.

I do wonder why he used an alias, how he passed away, whether he has been reported missing, and what any missing relatives think about his whereabouts.

Aliases always make me think of fugitives tbh. Although there was a recent Doe who used an Alias and was identified by Othram and apparently he was not a fugitive at all. So you never know.

Maybe @othram can get involved here as well? Here's hoping there is a resolution in the future!

I can think of other reasons for an alias: to hide from a dangerous person, to hide from financial debt, to avoid paying child support, or just want to completely start a new life for their own reasons. But it is interesting.

There is one wanted fugitive who might match this Doe but the warrant was issued in September of 1987. I am trying to see what the date was of his prison escape.

Does anyone else see a resemblance or is it just my early morning non-caffeinated eyes this morning?
