i call it the right armpit of cali. bakersfield is the left one. From how my former Victorville friends describe it, Victorville seems to be its own prison.
she may have just driven thru it on the way to vegas, from lagunaThat makes me wonder if there would be any reason to visit that particular city other than the prison. Just a hunch, of course, not based on facts that we know at this point.

Thank you for that info. I was wondering about the term "open murder."Can't get little Liam off my mind. RIP sweet boy. I wonder what LE found that makes them sure his 'mother' killed him. And why can't they find her now? Is she hiding from LE, possibly on the run to Mexico? Or is she running from some other kind of trouble and is also in danger? If she's the one that killed her little boy, did she commit suicide?
FYI: I looked up the charge of 'open murder' in Nevada and found that it's a person accused of a homicide- - meaning that they are charged with a general allegation of Murder. The charge will later be upgraded to one of the following types of homicide: First Degree Murder, Second Degree Murder, Voluntary Manslaughter and Involuntary Manslaughter.
“The child's grandfather, Chris Husted, described the seven-year-old as a sweet, innocent boy.
"It is a complete tragedy and Liam will be very missed. My son is very distraught by the news. Liam was a special needs child, at a disadvantage and dependent on others kindness. Unfortunately his mother took that away,” Husted said.”
