GUILTY NV - Liam Husted, 7, homicide, State Route 160, Las Vegas, May 2021 *mother arrested*

No, she wasn't desperate, because she had other options and an easy way out. Instead she literally took him from his father. She could have left him with his father or another relative. She could have called Liam's father and asked him to come pick him up anytime.
IMO.

She didn't want to pay the child support, I bet.

I believe that women like Casey Anthony, Susan Smith, Lori Vallow Daybell, this woman, all had choices that they could have done to relieve them of their "burdens".

Who can understand their thought processes? Not me.

Is this mother a monster? I refuse to judge, based on what we now know - ( my opinion is open to change as more information comes out) only because I don’t think I could parent a severely autistic child. I’ve seen up close how difficult it can be, I can’t even imagine 24/7 ...all I know for certain, I’d never want to walk in her shoes and I commend anyone that CAN & DO it well.
They are truly exceptional & completely selfless with the patience of a saint
I have no sympathy for a mom (or anyone!) who kills a child (or anyone!) and leaves him alone out in the elements while driving away. This isn't about other moms, but this one. There were other options besides murder.

'Not a bad mom': Dad's words about mother accused of murdering son

A father has defended the mother accused of murdering their seven-year-old autistic son, saying he does not think she is a 'bad mom,' but instead had a 'time of weakness.'

Women who KILL their children, and leave the body. Are "BAD mothers".

I would almost give her a benefit of doubt if she had called the police and told them she went blank and snapped. Almost. Instead, she threw a body out of the car, and drove to Denver to meet a new man.

honestly i feel this poor dad is beating himself up for "not seeing the signs" and its a justification. he is going through stages of grief.

No clothes makes it worse. LE say it was obviously a homicide, occuring where his body was found. To me that only can mean lots of blood found in situ.

So this woman walked HER OWN CHILD naked out of the car and either shot him with a gun or fatally slashed him with a knife.

Dad saying she had a bad day... Well who knows how long it takes to process something as horrible as this??

Poor Liam ❤️ Fly high little guy!

I get what the father is saying. No previous CPS involvement, the father apparently never had a reason to believe she was a danger to their son.

I can only imagine how hard it is to process that the person you had a child with and trusted with the care of said child would be capable of doing something so horrible.
