Charged (11/10/20) with attempted murder-with the use of a deadly weapon or tear gas, assault, with use of deadly weapon, attempted murder, e/dw, vop, battery with use of deadly weapon-victim is an older person & duty to stop at scene of accident involving damage to veh/prop which is driven/attended. Held without bond.
Started fire in apt. which killed the family dog.
