The Sparks Police Department is asking for help to locate an elderly missing endangered woman.
Officials say they are looking for 71-year-old Marilyn Traversie.
Her family said Marilyn has severe dementia and other medical issues. They said her dementia can cause her to be combative toward strangers if they contact her.
SPD described Traversie as 5-foot 8-inches tall, 140 pounds and with brown eyes and graying brown hair. She was last seen Sunday around 2:45 p.m. and she was wearing a pink top and blue jeans.
If anyone has seen her or has any information, they are encouraged to contact the Sparks Police Department at 775-353-2231.
