Circumstances of Recovery
The decedent was reportedly crossing Owens Avenue at Stocker Street from north to south in a marked crosswalk. The decedent was struck by a vehicle traveling west on Owens. 911 was called and paramedics arrived to find the decedent beyond resuscitation.

I found this older man missing and no one word as to whether he's been found yet. 78-year-old man with Alzheimer's reported missing out of North Las Vegas
Joel Hardin is bit older than the estimate, though.
The only other older black man I am seeing as being reported missing kind of recently in LV is entirely bald, and this uid clearly isn't.

Pedestrian hit by vehicle, killed in North Las Vegas

Gregory Hemminger, sitting on the steps of the Salvation Army later in the morning, said he recognized the man from the shelter but didn’t know his name.

He said he saw the man, who had a white beard, walking through the crosswalk cross the median and step into the westbound lanes of Owens.

“That’s when he got nailed,” Hemminger said. “People do it all the time. This is an area known for homeless, but the general public don’t give a s—-.”
