GRRR this one has me fired up. This father had already abused a different child of his back in 2014 and was given 80 months probation. The girl's mother, defended her man in his prior child abuse case and then proceeded to marry and have children with him. I hope neither of them is ever allowed near children again. I am waiting to see charges for the mother and the father's charges upgraded to murder.

I should go to jail for not helping her, and Nick should go to jail for killing her,” the mother told officers, per the Reno Gazette Journal.

The couple reportedly said they waited hours to get help after finding their daughter dead because Child Protective Services was recently involved with the family.

Loving is expected in court Wednesday for a bail hearing. The DA's office said charges including murder could follow a review of all evidence, including forensic testing, a coroner's report and expert reviews.

Andrea Loving has not been charged but still could be, according to the Washoe County District Attorney's Office.

She had bruising on her face, pelvis, hips, arms and genitals and had been dead for five hours before her parents called 911, investigators found.

The responders found the girl had "oral trauma and apparent bruises, cuts, scabs and scrapes to arms, legs, torso and face including one black eye and a gash over her other eye," according to a report by Washoe County Sheriff's Detective Joe Aceves.

The girl "had over 10 separate injuries, easily seen on her face alone," the report said.
Murder charges could be added in case against Reno father accused of felony child abuse

“Like so many in our community, my office was heartbroken to hear of the death of Izebella Loving and the terrible injuries she suffered. A complete and thorough investigation is critical to pursuing justice for this victim and it is our highest priority. As such, my office’s most experienced prosecutors are working closely with Sheriff’s Office detectives as they complete their investigation. The District Attorney’s Office will then methodically review the evidence and ensure all legally viable charges are pursued. We will keep the community updated to the extent we can but are not able to specifically comment on Loving’s case.

Generally speaking, initial charges filed in a case can be amended or added at a later date. Prosecutors must meet high burdens of proof at every stage, particularly when filing charges. These additions or changes are often based on results from further investigation, advanced forensic testing or, in the case involving a death, a coroner’s report or expert reviews.” Washoe County DA Chris Hicks

Wow just wow. Never have I heard someone with a less appropriate surname than this
RIP poor baby and those that went through similar before you

Andrea Loving knew what was happening, and did nothing, she allowed that child to suffer. That’s not just neglect — it’s betrayal. It’s heartbreaking to think of a child crying out in fear, in pain, and the one person who could have stopped it looked away. That child didn’t just lose their safety — they lost their sense of trust in the world.

Justice is not just about punishment — it’s about saying, "This matters. That child’s pain matters." Andrea Loving stood by and let it continue, t she should face the consequences — because failing to protect a child is one of the deepest moral failures a person can make.
