Circumstances: Found prone in the river by rafter's. Obvious signs of decomposition noted upon discovery. No trauma noted after examination

Condition of Remains: Not recognizable - Decomposing/putrefaction

"Autopsy planned today for body found in river", Reno-Gazette-Journal (Reno, NV), May 6, 1996, pg 15.

"A body [was] found Sunday in the Truckee River, about a half mile east of the Rock Boulevard bridge."

"The body, caught in some willows along the south bank of the river, was found fully clothed at about 11:45am."

Shocked Tim Moen hasn't been ruled out yet. He went missing pretty close by in Feb 1995.

He fits the stats quite well - tried to find anything on his clothing description when he disappeared but unfortunately no luck.

I suspect that this body may need to be exhumed for DNA.
