The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office needs your help finding a man they say may be endangered.

He works construction in the Reno-Sparks area.

Deputies say a vehicle that Fernandez was known to operate was located in the Silver Springs area of Lyon County, which led investigators to a residence in Silver Springs. After a search of the residence investigators recovered evidence that leads them to believe Fernandez may be endangered.

Fernandez is also known to drive a green truck described as a late 1990s or early 2000s Chevy or GMC pickup truck. The license plate is not known at this time; however, the truck has a distinctive sticker in the back window. It's described as white in color and is in the shape of a skull with a bandana partially covering the face of the skull.

Fernandez is white, approximately 5'9" tall and weighs 195 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Murder suspect missing; public asked to help find him-

Fernandez was free on $500,000 bail after being charged with open murder for the 2016 death of Robert Buchanan III at a gas station in Silver Springs. A court hearing in his case (if) scheduled for July 17.
